Your Employer will include these personal details in this flexible reward plan, so that you can enter your own preferences with regard to your salary package, simulate the impact on your pay and other elements, and decide to confirm the choices made. In the context of this processing, your Employer will call on the Processor (KPMG Tax & Legal Advisers) for the hosting of this flexible reward plan. Your personal data will only be processed in Belgium. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data as well as to restrict or object the processing of your personal data. Besides that you have the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by sending an e-mail to the data protection contact point of your Employer and only insofar reasonably possible and allowed by applicable law.
